About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our Gilligan Company LLC team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality and availability, efficiency, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, friendly customer service to all guests.
  • Operate a POS system by taking orders and collecting payment.
  • Prepare and package customer orders to their satisfaction.
  • Clean and prepare cooking and prep areas.
  • Operate coffee and sandwich equipment.
  • Demonstrate a complete knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
  • Account for food quality and quantity.
Requirements
  • Minimum age is 18.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 50lbs. from one area to another).
  • Ability to operate a computerized POS system.
  • Basic math skills and written/verbal skills.
  • Enthusiasm and team player.
