We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Unit Manager to lead our team at Far Rockaway Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our 100-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Supervise and mentor less experienced nurses to ensure high-quality patient care
* Develop and implement employee policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment
* Collaborate with upper-level management to address resident concerns and improve overall care
* Review resident records and quality of care to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
**Requirements**
* Valid State RN License
* 3 years Long Term Care Experience preferred
* 2 years Charge Nurse experience preferred
* Strong computer skills
* Excellent communication skills
