We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at ALOIS Healthcare. As a Travel Physical Therapy Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and provide top-notch care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

Under the direction and supervision of physical therapists, you will treat patients through exercise, massage, gait and balance training, and other therapeutic interventions. You will record patients' progress and report the results of each treatment to the physical therapist.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients under the direction of physical therapists
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct patient assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement
  • Administer exercises and treatments to patients, including stretching, strengthening, and mobility exercises
  • Monitor patients' progress and report results to physical therapists
  • Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant Studies or related field
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Washington
  • 1+ year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
