Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and treatment, working closely with our Physical Therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Assist with patient evaluations, assessments, and goal setting, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
- Deliver manual therapy and one-on-one treatment sessions, emphasizing patient education and empowerment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, therapists, and physicians, ensuring seamless care coordination.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as charging and documentation, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized patient/staff environment, adhering to clinic standards.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development, staying up-to-date on best practices and industry advancements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal clinic operations.
- Respect patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards.
