Physical Therapy Clinic Assistant

Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Physical Therapy Clinic Aide to join our team at our Covington clinic.About the Role
The Physical Therapy Clinic Aide will provide essential support to our clinic staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our front and back offices. Key responsibilities include
- Assisting with clinic cleaning and maintenance
- Providing administrative support, including filing, scanning, and answering phones
- Preparing patient areas and assisting with basic front desk tasks
- Working closely with physical and occupational therapists, therapy assistants, and patient service representatives
- Performing delegated duties and tasks as assigned
