Job Description

The Local Accounting Firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our team in the New Bedford Office.

This role involves providing administrative assistance to all staff members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to phone calls, directing them to the relevant personnel or handling inquiries
  • Conduct administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, coordinating errands, and performing other duties as required
  • Support clients by processing tax returns and delivering results within specified deadlines
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives

Key Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with prioritizing tasks, multitasking, and meeting deadlines

Salary Range: $42,000 - $52,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
