Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Teller to join our team at First Commerce Credit Union. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, processing transactions, and promoting credit union products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide excellent member service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Promote credit union products and services to members, identifying their financial needs and making recommendations to meet those needs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 6 months of teller experience in a bank or credit union, or a minimum of 1-year cash handling experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
