Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced LPN to assist our providers with patient examinations, procedures, and diagnostic testing. Your primary responsibilities will include collecting and documenting patient vitals, chief complaints, pain assessment, and past medical history. You will also be responsible for performing other duties as related to physician office operations, such as conducting monthly inspections of supplies and medications, reviewing charts for next day's appointments, and logging medication lists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist providers with patient examinations, procedures, venipuncture, and other diagnostic testing.
  • Collect and document patient vitals, chief complaints, pain assessment, past medical, family and social histories.
  • Perform and maintain other LPN duties as related to physician office operations.
  • Conduct monthly inspections of all supplies and medications to assess expiration dates and dispose of expired items per policy.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our services and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Diploma or certificate from an accredited school of practical nursing.
  • Licensure to practice as an LPN required; BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
  • 1-3 months experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
