We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Manager to join our team at Access TCA. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' needs and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Project Oversight: Assist in the oversight of project timelines, ensuring projects remain on track, on strategy, and within budget.
- Client Support: Provide support to senior managers on client calls, as well as take the lead when necessary.
- Upselling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to upsell within current accounts and work with management to develop a strategy for expanding into additional areas of their business.
- Project Budgeting: Support the Client Services team in the development of project budgets and proactively manage internal client resources to meet overall account revenue goals.
- Vendor Management: Interface with vendors to ensure deliverables are achieved.
- Client Analysis: Analyze client input, together with background knowledge, research, field feedback, etc., to assist the Client Services team in the development of full communication plans.
- Industry Knowledge: Maintain current knowledge of the industry, trends, and competitive practices to ensure Access TCA maintains an edge over competition.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks related to travel, expense, and time off approvals.
- Corporate Experience: Corporate tradeshow/meeting and event experience preferred.
- Client Service Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a client service-related position.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Business Development: Ability to assist managers in developing, proposing, and selling a full line of company products and services to existing clients.
- Analytical Skills: Capable of analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated strong attention to detail, personal organization, dynamic presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office programs.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
