Key Responsibilities:
In collaboration with the Marketing Manager, the Creative Marketing Design Specialist will be responsible for crafting visually compelling designs that enhance our brand presence and effectively promote our offerings.

The ideal candidate will possess strong creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in graphic design tools. You will work closely with the marketing team to produce a variety of marketing materials, including digital content, aimed at effectively conveying our messages to the intended audience.

This role will also involve coordinating marketing initiatives, social media strategies, event planning, public relations, and advertising efforts for the Bank, while assisting the Marketing Manager and Director with various tasks as needed.

Primary Duties:
- Develop designs and promotional materials for digital platforms, social media, product marketing, print media, and other critical marketing initiatives.
- Create engaging graphics for email marketing campaigns.
- Design a range of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, banners, and signage, to effectively promote our services and brand.
- Assist in the development of presentations that transform content into visually engaging formats.
- Support the Marketing Manager in executing email marketing strategies and monitoring campaign performance metrics.
- Help design, schedule, and maintain in-branch advertising displays under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
- Coordinate marketing activities for events, ensuring seamless execution of branch openings, seminars, trade shows, and community engagements.
- Participate in community initiatives that enhance the Bank's reputation and support its mission.
- Provide assistance to the Marketing Manager across various departmental tasks.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, with a preference for Marketing or Communications specialization.
- 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience is advantageous.
- A diverse portfolio showcasing both print and digital work.
- Strong creative and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and visual appeal.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
- Excellent copywriting abilities, with a focus on detail and creativity.
- A collaborative team player open to constructive feedback on designs.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to provide recommendations that align with the Bank's growth and marketing objectives.
- Knowledge of current online marketing tactics to drive revenue and growth.
- Ability to analyze campaign data with a focus on return on investment and organizational growth.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for effective internal collaboration.
- Experience with social media tools and insights to inform marketing strategies is a plus.
