  • Source and manage commercial and industrial financing as well as commercial real estate financing.
  • Design and execute strategies for commercial lending initiatives.
  • Engage in negotiations for loan proposals with clients.
  • Evaluate potential loans for creditworthiness.
  • Draft and assess commercial loan documentation.
  • Oversee an assigned portfolio of commercial loans.
  • Contribute to strategies for managing troubled loans.
  • Act as a representative of the Bank in community engagements.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
  • At least five to seven years of experience in commercial lending.
  • Strong computer proficiency and exceptional interpersonal abilities.
  • Capable of working autonomously and managing priorities effectively.
  • A valid driver's license and readiness to travel.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
