Key Responsibilities:

  8. Supervise on-site staff, including performance evaluations, discipline, and payroll management.
  9. Maintain open communication with the Regional Property Manager regarding community needs and updates.
  10. Enforce lease agreements and comply with all relevant regulations, including Fair Housing laws.
  11. Organize maintenance and preparation of units for new residents, including coordination with service providers.
  12. Ensure timely completion and filing of all necessary reports, including occupancy and compliance documentation.
  13. Address resident concerns related to maintenance, safety, and community relations.
  14. Communicate effectively with residents through well-crafted notices and community updates.
  15. Plan and execute community events to foster a positive living environment.
  16. Audit and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  17. Conduct biannual inspections of all units and follow up on necessary actions.
  18. Document lease violations and follow up with residents as needed.
  19. Respond to emergency situations, including safety alarms.
  20. Stay informed on company policies and ensure property compliance.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a liaison between residents and local services.
  2. Prepare and distribute community newsletters and notices.
  3. Assist residents with necessary paperwork and documentation.
  4. Coordinate resident engagement activities and functions.
  5. Maintain accurate resident files and documentation.
  6. Collaborate with local law enforcement to uphold community safety standards.
  7. Review financial reports to monitor community income and expenses.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional education preferred. A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience is ideal. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills are essential. Knowledge of property management software and experience with subsidized housing is a plus. A valid driver's license is required.

Working Conditions:

This position may involve occasional outdoor work and interaction with a diverse range of residents. The ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy is crucial.

Physical Requirements:

Regular standing, walking, and lifting of up to 25 pounds may be required. Candidates should be comfortable working at a computer for extended periods.
