Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist Specialist to join our team at RxBenefits. As a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our Business Development, Account Management, and Operations departments with clinical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish productive relationships with the RxBenefits team to support their prospect and client base with clinical expertise.
  • Act as the Clinical Subject Matter Expert on implementation calls, guiding decisions toward utilization management standards.
  • Support Account Management non-key accounts to develop knowledge necessary to further support future-assigned key accounts.
  • Facilitate internal client requests related to clinical topics, including Jira.
  • Complete data analyses using Business Intelligence tools and peer review colleague analytical output for consistency of message and quality.
  • Deliver the Clinical Value Proposition and other Clinical Product-related items at a high level.
  • Assist Clinical Management, Sr. Clinical Pharmacist Consultants, and Clinical Pharmacist Consultants in mentoring student pharmacy interns.
  • Perform chart reviews and supply data and evidence-based recommendations to providers and clients related to drug coverage of complex medication regimens.
  • Support Clinical Pharmacist Consultant-level and higher for National and Regional Business Development initiatives.
  • Participate in limited scope projects and case study development as directed.
  • Assist in Clinical Confluence Site Updates and support internal training initiatives for Clinical-related programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (BPharm) or higher (MPharm/PharmD) in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid/Active State pharmacy license.
  • Up to two years clinical advising in the Managed Care/PBM Marketplace preferred.
  • Ability to demonstrate detailed written and verbal communications skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
