Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Crisis Supervisor to lead our Crisis Call Center operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising professional-level staff, managing crisis call center operations, and providing training and coaching to staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support staff providing behavioral health crisis interventions through the Crisis Call Center
  • Manage crisis call center operations to ensure effective client and staff support during urgent situations
  • Provide training and coaching to staff on crisis services and interventions
  • Collaborate with other professionals to support integrated care for clients
  • Monitor and analyze program outcomes, implementing quality control processes
  • Stay up-to-date on billing and financial changes impacting service delivery
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Five years of behavioral health experience, including three years of supervisory experience
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist

This is a full-time, direct-hire position with a competitive benefits package, including 12 paid holidays, three weeks of paid vacation, and paid sick time. The position also offers eligibility for the Federal Student Loan Forgiveness Program.
