FM Global is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Identity Services Specialist Co-op to join our team for the Spring 2025 school term. As a member of our Identity and Directory Services Team, you will be responsible for handling Microsoft Active Directory and associated technologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform day-to-day operations for identity and directory services technologies in support of enterprise identity, authentication, and authorization services.
- Supervise ticket queues, respond to incident tickets, process change requests, and resolve technology issues.
- Set up users with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), troubleshoot access to Password Management application, and resolve account issues.
- Tackle Active Directory Domain Services, Active Directory Federation Services, and Active Directory Certificate Services.
- Enrolled in a Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, MIS, or related degree program.
- Strong team player with a proven understanding of basic concepts in at least one technology field.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Server 2012/19, etc.), Microsoft Windows Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, organized, detail-oriented, and analytical.
A competitive hourly rate of $23.00 to $32.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, individual education, skills, and experience. FM Global is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to attracting, developing, and retaining a diverse workforce.
