Job Summary:
KCI Wireless is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the recruitment and training of Lifeline/Acp agents in designated areas. This is a 1099 contract role with a 100% commission-based structure.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to lead a team of sales agents in growing their designated area. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets.
- Business Development: Identify high-traffic areas and establish partnerships with community organizations to host events and pop-ups.
- Inventory Management: Manage and distribute inventory to team members.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure understanding and adherence to compliance regulations and qualification requirements.
- Team Performance Management: Monitor and manage team performance to achieve sales targets.
