About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to lead a team of sales agents in growing their designated area. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets.
  • Business Development: Identify high-traffic areas and establish partnerships with community organizations to host events and pop-ups.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and distribute inventory to team members.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Ensure understanding and adherence to compliance regulations and qualification requirements.
  • Team Performance Management: Monitor and manage team performance to achieve sales targets.
