Job Description
This high-impact role will have you driving business outcomes and clinical excellence. As the Director of Clinical Care, you'll lead a team of Managers and Senior Managers, overseeing the delivery of clinical services and own cross-functional projects that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Development [60%]
  • Lead a distributed organization of 75+ clinicians, fostering a culture of engagement and accountability.
  • Use data to drive decision-making and design performance plans for clinicians and leaders.
Clinical Strategic Partnerships and Initiatives [35%]
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and implement strategic initiatives, such as technology overhauls and change management processes.
  • Act as a clinical thought leader, influencing stakeholders and driving key decisions.
Clinical Operations [5%]
  • Manage a small panel of ongoing clients or regular consult sessions.

Requirements
You'll be successful if you have:
  • An active license in clinical psychology (PhD or PsyD) or LCSW/LICSW/LMFT/LMHC/LPCC.
  • 4 or more years of experience managing licensed clinicians, including 2+ years of experience leading other managers.
  • Experience leading large remote teams, driving results, and developing people.

Salary Range
$147,900 - $200,100 (San Francisco Bay Area and New York City), $136,000 - $184,000 (California, Austin, Boston, Chicago, DC, Portland, Seattle), $124,100 - $167,900 (Washington State, Denver, Miami, Philadelphia), and $118,150 - $159,850 (Florida and Remote locations).
