The IT Contracts Analyst role involves overseeing a portfolio of technology contracts for the IT leadership team. In this position, you will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement company-wide policies, risk management controls, and compliance reviews of invoices and goods receipts.

You will be responsible for obtaining financial approvals from leadership for O&M contract services. Additionally, you will administer strategic contract reviews with leaders, architects, and IT Operations to validate the O&M costs of contracts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing reports
  • Originating contracts in procurement systems
  • Analyzing multi-year contracts
  • Maintaining budgets
  • Monitoring purchase orders
  • Reviewing invoices
  • Analyzing actual spending and forecasting

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree

  • Basic financial modeling or data management skills
  • Expert Excel skills
