Information Review and Release Coordinator

About the Role:

Nightwing is seeking a highly skilled Information Review and Release Analyst to join our team in the Warrenton area. This part-time, 20-hour per week position offers a flexible work schedule and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced business office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Archiving, storing, and recalling financial vouchers in accordance with Sponsor policy
  • Entering data into various Sponsor databases throughout the workday
  • Supporting a Finance team with Freedom of Information Act and Inspector General requests and basic archive voucher requests as needed
  • Providing copier, scanner, and facsimile support
  • Receiving mail from outside customers
  • Providing support to the sponsor as needed for other tasks regarding the program
  • Ability to provide support during core business hours until 3:30 pm

Requirements:

  • Great Multi-Tasker & Organizer/Scheduler
  • Detailed-oriented and who can effectively manage competing priorities
  • Great customer service skills and be able to work in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and customers
  • Ability to lift and move boxes using rolling carts
  • Knowledge of MicroSoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of the Intelligence Community (IC) and Sponsor culture and requirements
  • Requires a minimum of 6 full years of experience specific to the skill must be reflected
  • TS/SCI with Poly which is transferable to this program and customer
