Information Review and Release Analyst Expert

About the Role:
Nightwing is seeking a highly skilled Information Review and Release Analyst to join our litigation team. This individual will oversee the declassification of documents related to litigation cases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize documents for legal counsel review, accurately recording chronological events.
- Act as a liaison for Other Government Agencies (OGAs) involved in the process, conducting desktop research and analyzing results.
- Provide rationale for redaction actions using customer-provided codes, recommend document release, and record decisions in customer systems.
- Determine if records contain OGA equities, manage referrals, and research previous declassification/release decisions for accuracy and consistency.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Privacy Act (PA), Executive Order Mandatory Declassification Review (EOMDR) programs, and Executive Order (EO) 13526 directive.
- Strong work ethic, organizational, and time management skills.
- Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance and crossover eligibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the Sponsor's culture and requirements.
- Ability to assist with process improvement initiatives.
Education:
- A high school diploma and 11+ years of experience specific to the skills listed. A Bachelor's degree counts as three years of experience.
