Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Mobile MDS Coordinator to join our team at Saber Healthcare Group. As a Mobile MDS Coordinator, you will be responsible for completing the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in accordance with state and federal laws, as well as the policies and goals of our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete the RAI process for multiple residents
  • Travel to and from different facilities based on assignment
  • Work closely with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff to ensure quality care
  • Relate information concerning a resident's condition
  • Carry out both verbal and written directions

Requirements:
  • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of practice
  • Two (2) year experience preferred in working the RAI/MDS process
  • Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff in the performance of duties
  • Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position/assignment
