We're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences at Planet Fitness. As a Member Services Representative, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
  • Manage front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and conducting tours.
  • Process new member sign-ups, calculate rates, and handle monthly payment amounts.
  • Assist the Club Manager with tasks as needed.
  • Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club, including daily tasks and priority cleaning lists.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive, upbeat attitude and passion for fitness and health.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with members and colleagues.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Diplomacy in all interactions, using appropriate behavior and language.
Physical Demands:
  • Continual standing and walking during shifts.
  • Continual talking in person or on the phone during shifts.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Occasional exposure to toxic chemicals.
