Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled associate attorney to enhance our team. Our firm specializes in defending clients across a diverse spectrum of civil litigation matters, including but not limited to wrongful death claims, personal injury cases, premises liability, motor vehicle incidents, construction defects, product liability, employment disputes, and business losses. Additionally, we represent a variety of professionals, such as healthcare providers, veterinarians, attorneys, accountants, architects, and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in independent and collaborative case management.
  • Participate in all facets of civil litigation, including depositions, motion practices, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Contribute to a cohesive team environment among trial lawyers.

Qualifications:

  • Must be admitted to practice law in Washington upon commencement of employment.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a litigating attorney.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to devise innovative legal strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in trial preparation and/or trial proceedings.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $100,000 to $145,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
