Compensation:

$165,000 - $200,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare pleadings, briefs, and motions
  • Ensure all necessary documents are meticulously prepared, including motions, pleadings, notices, and discovery requests and responses
  • Represent clients in court hearings and advocate for motions
  • Guide associates in conflict resolution and prevention
  • Remain informed about evolving laws and regulations at local, state, and federal levels
  • Effectively represent clients in pre-litigation, employing strategies that enhance the value of their claims
Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in trial, mediation, and arbitration representation
  • A four-year bachelor's degree and successful completion of an accredited law school

  • Strong time management and interpersonal skills, alongside exceptional writing and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently while managing a substantial caseload
