Reliability and Maintenance Lead

Job Summary
The successful candidate will serve as a key member of the Site Leadership Team at Celanese Winona, MN, overseeing the site's reliability and maintenance programs. This role is instrumental in driving site performance and developing the maintenance team to achieve their top potential.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Maintenance and Reliability Teams to achieve performance goals and develop strategies for equipment and process reliability.
- Develop and implement effective reliability work processes, track key performance indicators, and proactively respond to them.
- Partner with site Operations and Technology Leaders to shape plant performance, lead Mechanical Integrity Programs, and provide input on vendor selection through procurement.
- Manage the maintenance budget, participate in the development of the Annual Operating Plan, and network with peers to identify and adopt best practices.
- Collaborate with the 24/7 Team, ensuring that work is conducted to support stewardship (EHS) compliance, quality, reliability, and engagement initiatives.
- Conduct routine audits of work processes and performance, providing feedback and guidance to the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (preferred), with experience in lieu of degree also acceptable.
- Experience in people leadership/managing teams, manufacturing maintenance and operations experience, and effective communication skills.
- Ability to apply reliability philosophies, continuous improvement, and understand production planning, scheduling, and capabilities.
- Ability to identify emerging issues, create organizational movement to address, manage multiple priorities, and make collaborative decisions.
