Production Team Member

We're seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team at Syensqo, a leading chemical company. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer systems, completing Essential Function Testing, and ensuring the quality of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot equipment and identify root causes to resolve problems.
- Recognize quality issues and make adjustments to ensure excellent quality.
- Perform general upkeep on equipment to improve reliability and process consistency.
- Apply knowledge of manufacturing processes to achieve and exceed result targets.
- Perform material handling, including properly packaging and labeling of products.
- Clean and maintain clean equipment and work area while manufacturing materials.
- Work safely and communicate effectively with others.
- Work overtime and sit or stand for 10 to 12 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Lift up to 50 lbs. and consistently climb stairs.
- Operate computer and related systems required.
- Complete and pass Essential Function Testing.
