Job Summary

Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Senior Precision Machinist to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC lathes to produce high-precision parts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Machining Operations: Set up and operate CNC lathes to manufacture precision parts according to technical drawings and specifications.
  • Material Management: Load raw materials into the CNC lathe and monitor machine operation to ensure optimal performance.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools to ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to machine performance or product quality.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in precision machining, preferably with CNC lathes.
  • Skillset: Strong understanding of machining principles, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
