Job Description:
- Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.
- Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment, including cameras and scanners.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advances in nuclear medicine technology and techniques.
- Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or related field.
- Current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) or Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB).
- 2+ years of experience in nuclear medicine technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
