About the Role

As a PET Nuclear Medicine Technologist at Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care. Your expertise in administering radiopharmaceuticals and radiation will help detect diseases, ensuring viable images are obtained under the direction of a physician.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiopharmaceuticals or radiation to patients to detect diseases, using radiation producing and detective equipment.
• Ensure viable images are obtained under the direction of a physician.

Qualifications

• A valid Certified Radiological Technologist (CRT) license is required and Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB) certification in the state of employment is required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a PET Technologist is highly preferred.
• Current CPR & BLS certifications are required.
• Fluency in the English language as well as excellent oral and written communication skills is essential.
