Job Description

As a Clinical Consultant - School Based Behavioral Health Specialist, you will share subject matter expertise and provide tailored information to various audiences. You will assist with a wide range of activities to benefit the children's behavioral health system.

Clinical consultants may work independently on projects, collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders, and provide formal presentations. A licensed psychologist is preferred, but other licensed professionals will be considered based on strengths and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Familiarity with School Based Behavioral Health (SBBH)
  • Direct clinical experience serving youth with behavioral health disorders and their families
  • Comfortable facilitating conversations regarding behavioral health services and supports offered in schools
  • Commitment to promoting trauma-informed care and approaches as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)
  • Utilize research and policy findings to present information relevant to SBBH and other topics
  • Participate in drafting policy and project management
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to collaborate on SBBH initiatives
  • Provide trainings virtually and in person
  • Coordinate with staff and stakeholders as needed
