As a Registered Nurse in our Operating Room, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals who share your commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Our OR RNs are responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans utilizing the ANA Standards and the Nursing Process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a patient advocate, providing support, information, and direct care to patients and families.
- Utilize equipment and technology skillfully and demonstrate technical competence in nursing procedures.
- Educate patients and families on significant self-care issues.
- Inventory, distribute, and deliver medications as required.
Requirements:
- Licensed and currently registered to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of permanent residency.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Completion of AORN's Periop 101 class upon hire.
Benefits:
At TidalHealth, full-time employees working at least 72 hours per pay period, part-time employees working at least 36 hours per pay period, and part-time employees working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits. Salary Range: $33.00-$52.80, commensurate with experience.
