Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-friendly individual to join our Front Desk team as a Telephone Operator. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling guest requests, and ensuring a seamless stay experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register guests and manage their stay, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, messages, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Assist with front desk procedures, including bucket checks and other duties assigned by the Front Desk manager.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues promptly.
  • Basic arithmetic skills and ability to work with financial information.
