As a member of our Brand & Creative Team, you will play a critical role in designing and automating campaigns and creative executions across channels to build the DraftKings brand and business. We're looking for a passionate and innovative individual who can bring a unique perspective to our team. In the Production Designer role, you will directly contribute to high-impact design campaigns and creative executions across channels to build the DraftKings brand with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Designers and Project Managers to create assets for channels including Digital, Social, Product Marketing, and CRM.
  • Work with the Art Directors and Designers to establish and execute on creative vision.
  • Create layouts applying design principles such as color, typography, organizing elements, and usability.
  • Stay current on marketing trends, best practices, and emerging tech.
Requirements:
  • Working towards a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for high-quality work.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and deliver on quick deadlines.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator).
  • Knowledge of sports is a plus.
  • A relevant portfolio must be provided.

Compensation for this co-op position is estimated to be around $20.20 per hour, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. We're a publicly traded technology company headquartered in Boston. As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment. Don't worry, we'll guide you through the process if this is relevant to your role.

The US hourly rate for this full-time position is estimated to be around $16.16, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
