Job Summary:

Live Nation Entertainment is a global leader in live entertainment, comprised of Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, and Live Nation Media & Sponsorship. As an Event Access Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, scanning tickets, answering questions, and assisting with any issues that may arise during the event.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive experience for all attendees.
  • Verify tickets and provide access to the venue, while maintaining a secure and safe environment.
  • Assist with crowd management, ensuring a smooth flow of guests into the venue.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with venue staff to maintain a clean and presentable environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 1+ year of experience in a guest service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think critically in high-pressure situations.
