Key Responsibilities:
Crafting beverages, serving beer and wine, and attending to both corporate and leisure guests at the bar.
Handling beer kegs and dispensing draft beer and bottled alcoholic drinks.

Taking orders and serving light snacks prepared by the kitchen staff. Monitoring and regulating alcohol sales and consumption in accordance with local liquor regulations, including verifying proper identification to ensure compliance with the minimum age requirement of 21 years for alcohol purchases.

Some physical demands include lifting beer kegs and cases. Maintaining the bar, preparation, and other designated areas in a clean, organized, and well-stocked manner at all times.

Reconciling shift reports and cash drawer, processing credit card transactions. Responding to general guest inquiries and providing information about the property and surrounding area. Conducting pre and post-shift cleaning tasks. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age. Demonstrate initiative and uphold the company's commitment to safety, service, courtesy, cleanliness, and integrity.

Ability to learn the point-of-sale system. Collaborate effectively in a team environment while also being able to work independently.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
Must be able to pass a mandatory (or random) drug screening in accordance with company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.

Ability to successfully complete a background check if 18 years of age or older, which may encompass credit, criminal history, driving records, previous employment, education, and personal references as per company policy unless restricted by federal, state, or provincial law.
