Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Dallas Retirement Village. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our licensed nursing staff to ensure their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Follow care plans established for each resident, reporting any changes or concerns to the Charge Nurse
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of well-being and dignity
  • Work effectively with other staff members to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in inservice training and education sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • CNA licensed in Oregon (or ability to obtain within four months)
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively
  • Ability to document care given
