We are seeking a skilled Certified Medication Aide to join our team at Skyline Nursing Center. As a Certified Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by administering medications and providing personalized care.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments to residents in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to the nursing supervisor.
  • Document medication administration and resident interactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in meal service and provide personal care services to residents as needed.
Requirements:
  • Certified in the state of practice, required.
  • Successful completion of State Approved Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program.
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
