Role Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative at Walnut Ridge Family RV Sales, you will serve as the main liaison for our service department. Your role will involve collaborating with customers to identify their service requirements, coordinating with our skilled service team for repairs and maintenance, and ensuring a smooth and efficient process from beginning to end. Your strong communication skills, ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, and commitment to excellent customer service will be essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and evaluate their RV service needs with professionalism.
  • Organize and manage RV service appointments while maintaining communication with customers throughout the service journey.
  • Work closely with the service team to guarantee timely and accurate completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Provide customers with clear explanations of service and repair processes, including cost estimates and expected timelines.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, service histories, and communications in our CRM system.
  • Assist in the processing of warranty claims and liaise with manufacturers as needed.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Stay informed about RV products, industry developments, and dealership promotions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer service, sales, or service advisor role, preferably within the RV, automotive, or related sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
  • A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and dedication to exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of RVs is advantageous but not mandatory—training will be provided.
