About the Role

As a Civilian RN on our Bone Marrow Transplant Unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to our military heroes and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing bone marrow transplants
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Manage multiple types of central catheters, including PICCS, implanted ports, and tunneled catheters
  • Administer and manage chemotherapy, as well as other medications
  • Participate in rapid response and other tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • BLS & ACLS certification
  • Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) certification preferred, but not required
  • Minimum 3 years of full-time experience as a clinical nurse in a medical/surgical unit
  • Minimum 1 year of Oncology or Bone Marrow transplant experience
