- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong focus on medical device development. At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity within the medical technology industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities in a multi-project environment. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on medical device applications. In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles, practices, and standards relevant to medical technology. Proficiency in electrical design and PLM software and tools used in medical device development, preferably with Altium and Windchill. Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment typical of innovative medical technology companies. Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills, particularly in navigating regulatory challenges. Deep familiarity with medical device industry regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 60601). Ability to manage budgets and resource allocation across multiple projects. Experience working with and managing geographically dispersed teams.
