**Requirements**

  • 5-7 years of experience in janitorial or facilities management, with increasing levels of responsibility and accomplishments.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing an hourly workforce in janitorial, fast food, retail, construction, or similar industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with others at all levels.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to perform tasks that require walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, crouching, and lifting.
