Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a dedicated team to perform inspections and condition assessments of various facilities, ensuring compliance with client specifications for routine management activities, including long-term budgeting and capital investment.
  • Certify the outcomes of inspections and assessments.
  • Conduct calculations related to facility condition or readiness in accordance with client-approved methodologies.
  • Manage the input of inspection and assessment data into authorized corporate or client systems.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, information papers, and presentation materials.
  • Deliver briefings to all management levels.
  • Support business development and proposal efforts to maintain a robust pipeline of future opportunities.
  • Advise facility asset managers on construction, maintenance, repair, and optimization of space utilization.
  • Develop cost estimates for facility construction and preventative maintenance tasks, including lifecycle sustainment costs.
  • Provide expertise in facility maintenance and costing across various programs.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Current Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect license in any US state is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.
  • Experience in the design, construction, or maintenance of Federal or DoD facilities is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Sustainment Management Systems, such as BUILDER, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided engineering processes and tools for facility construction and maintenance, including experience with cost estimation software like RS Mean/CostWorks and the Marshall & Swift Valuation guide.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on results.
