Job Title: Senior Cyber Systems Architect

Securicon LLC is seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer who desires to focus on cyber project management and coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering and a passion for innovation.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Cyber Systems Architect to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing next-generation IT tools, systems, and capabilities to support our cyber mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate, develop, and deliver technical input to the systems engineering process.
  • Develop technical, system architecture, and system design documentation.
  • Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues, or conflicts.
  • Oversee the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.
  • Communicate with other program personnel, Government overseers, and senior executives.
  • Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
  • Analyze complex information and independently take appropriate actions to resolve problems.
  • Provide engineering guidance to technical staff and establish effective working relationships with other Government agencies and mission partners.
  • Deliver briefings on complex topics to groups, which may include high-level decision makers.
  • Work complex research projects as a senior contributor and as part of an integrated research team.
Requirements:
  • Active TS/SCI w/ CI Polygraph.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a System Engineer.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in System Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum DoD 8570 IASAE Level II certification.
Desired Skills:
  • Exposure to Cloud/AWS.
  • A problem solver who can get in, be given a project, and use engineering skills to determine a solution.
  • Knowledge of DoD Architecture Framework (DODAF).
  • Able to build systems from the ground up - network architecture/systems engineering.
