We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Aaron's. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement operational plans
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales and management experience in a retail environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of college or previous management experience preferred
