About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Aaron's. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement operational plans
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proven sales and management experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of college or previous management experience preferred
