Aaron's is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Sales Teams: Build and manage high-performing sales teams to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Operational Support: Assist the General Manager with operational functions, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and store operations.
  • Delivery Support: Assist with deliveries in the event a driver is not available, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.

Requirements:

  • Age: 21 years old (18 in Canada)
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience: Two years of college or previous management experience preferred
  • Driver's License: Valid state Driver's License and must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
  • Schedule: Flexible schedule with availability between 8 am to 9 pm
  • Physical Demands: Able to perform physical job, including lifting to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly
