Job Summary

AdvantageCare Physicians (ACPNY) is seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Stress Test Specialist Nurse Practitioner to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a key member of our cardiovascular care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality medical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat cardiovascular medical conditions in patients undergoing nuclear stress tests
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in cardiovascular care
Requirements
  • Master of Science degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution
  • Current, unrestricted New York State license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner from a recognized accrediting body
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in cardiovascular care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and Microsoft Office
