Patient Services Representative

Job Summary
The Patient Service Representative provides exceptional customer service to Community Medical Group's Medicare and Medicaid members, ensuring patient satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to schedule appointments, ensure timely follow-up, and facilitate communication between patients and medical staff.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of patient interactions, including appointment schedules, correspondence, and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with the Director of Patient Services to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to optimize patient satisfaction and experience.
- Conduct regular outreach to patients to ensure they are satisfied with Community Medical Group's services and health plans.
- Provide administrative support to the patient services team, including data entry, report generation, and other tasks as assigned.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and maintain high-quality patient service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven customer service experience in a healthcare or medical setting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills.
