Job Summary

The Patient Service Representative provides exceptional customer service to Community Medical Group's Medicare and Medicaid members, ensuring patient satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  2. Coordinate with healthcare providers to schedule appointments, ensure timely follow-up, and facilitate communication between patients and medical staff.
  3. Develop and maintain accurate records of patient interactions, including appointment schedules, correspondence, and follow-up activities.
  4. Collaborate with the Director of Patient Services to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to optimize patient satisfaction and experience.
  5. Conduct regular outreach to patients to ensure they are satisfied with Community Medical Group's services and health plans.
  6. Provide administrative support to the patient services team, including data entry, report generation, and other tasks as assigned.
  7. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and maintain high-quality patient service.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  2. Proven customer service experience in a healthcare or medical setting.
  3. Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills.
