Northwood Club is seeking a dedicated retail attendant for our Tennis Pro Shop. This role involves engaging with members and guests, managing court reservations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Answer phone inquiries and assist with reservations for court times, events, and clinics.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop.
- Utilize POS software for processing sales of merchandise and services, including court fees, guest fees, and lesson payments.
- Support the Director of Tennis and Pro Shop Manager with various tasks as required.
Applicants should be capable of bending, standing, stooping, and lifting up to 30 pounds to manage shop inventory effectively.
