**Job Summary**
The Building Services Associate is a vital member of our community team, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of common areas and resident rooms.
- Assist with grounds maintenance, including lawn care, gardening, and snow removal.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the Fire Safety Director to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and protocols.
- Participate in quality assurance checks to ensure that resident rooms and common areas meet our high standards.
- Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs, including transporting luggage and other items.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work a variety of schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
