  • Bus Dishes and Replenish Beverages: Promptly bus dishes as guests complete each course and meal, replenishing beverages as necessary and checking with guests for overall satisfaction.
  • Reset Dining Rooms: Once the restaurant is closed, reset dining rooms according to the Manager's specifications, ensuring the readiness of the room for the following day.
  • Perform Side Work: Perform all assigned side work, including replenishing condiments and restocking shelves with supplies.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure that Quality Standards and Service are maintained for Property, Product, and People, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Work All Shifts: Be available to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and perform frequent bending and walking.
  • Education and Experience: High school graduate or equivalent preferred, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar setting.
